Servers & Related Services Annie San Martín is not a server but a web design and graphics service. You must provide us with a server to upload your site to. If you do not have one, we can discuss several money saving options with you. Our design charges are separate from other charges you may incur while working with us. Server fees, domain registration and search engine registration are separate services and supplied by other companies should you choose these options. Annie San Martín, with the exception of search engine submission, does not charge for the location of the aforementioned services and will be glad to assist you in obtaining such services. We also assist in obtaining free web hosting if needed but accept no responsibility for the performance of ANY server that we may suggest as we are not paid in any way by our contacts and cannot accept liability for their performance. Server Access We will require access information to the server of your choice and must have full and exclusive access during design and maintenance processes. Sometimes this requires us to alter information you may have given to the host. Once the site has been uploaded and the balance owed has been paid in full, all previous information will be restored, unless you instruct us otherwise. Contract, Deposit, Payment, Arrangements We contract with you for a site with a pre-arranged number of pages. This will be discussed with you in detail upon your contact with us. In most cases, a $100 Deposit is required to begin the design of your site. Payment in full is expected within 14 days of billing, once the site has been uploaded for the last time. Once full payment has been received, a release will be sent to you and restorations to access will be made. Details and payment options should be discussed upon contact. Our Logo Annie San Martín places a webmaster link at the bottom of each page of your site. Should a problem arise with the site, your designer at Annie San Martín can be contacted. In addition, Annie San Martín will place a logo with URL hyperlink with in the site. Special discounts (from time to time) are given for permission to take larger ad space with in your site. Should you not want a webmaster or URL hyperlink with in your site, please let your design specialist know at the onset of design (an extra charge may apply).
